Mr. Falanga is the founder of the Falanga & Chalker Law Firm. With more than 30 years of experience, he is an Atlanta-based trial lawyer concentrating in personal injury and insurance law. A graduate of the State University of New York in 1972, he earned his LLB degree graduating cum laude from John Marshall Law School.

Mr. Falanga is a recognized leader in the area of personal injury litigation, winning numerous million-dollar recoveries on behalf of his clients. He has served as a Georgia State Delegate to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and as a Vice-President of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

A prolific author, Mr. Falanga wrote the book Laying Foundations and Making Objections in Georgia published by the Harrison Company, as well as numerous legal articles for professional journals. He has spoken extensively on both the state and national lecture circuits. His expertise has been featured by the news media through radio and television interviews, as well as print interviews in local and national newspapers and magazines including The Wall Street Journal and Money magazine.
 

Mr. Falanga's competitive attitude has extended beyond the courtroom with success as a professional race car driver.

His talents also have moved to the large and small screens having appeared in a major motion picture starring Emilio Estevez, Mick Jagger and Renee Russo as well as a television commercial for Miller beer.
