Liability Facts: Ms. Johnnie Davis was a passenger
in a pick up truck driven by her husband Mr. James
Davis which was struck from behind by a vehicle
driven by Ms. Tiffany M. Hall. Ms. Hall’s vehicle
was then struck from behind by a vehicle driven by
Ms. Marilyn D. Summers which forced Ms. Hall’s
vehicle to once again strike the rear of the Davis
vehicle. Little or no property damage to the rear of
the Davis vehicle ($282.00 property damage).
Injury: Mr. James Davis was not injured but filed a
loss of consortium claim. Ms. Johnnie Davis suffered
soft tissue injuries to her back with a negative
lumbar MRI. Ms. Davis treated for four (4) months
and had no treatment for approximately two (2) years
prior to trial.
